A woodland-inspired amigurumi project crafted for detailed handmade charm.
Created by Tatyana (@__knittoys), this raccoon design captures the playful spirit of forest animals with refined shaping and expressive details. As a free amigurumi raccoon pattern, it is a beautiful choice for woodland-themed collections, nursery decor, or thoughtful handmade gifts. You will also find inspiring amigurumi raccoon ideas shared at the end of the pattern for extra creativity. We sincerely thank Tatyana for generously sharing this detailed and charming raccoon design with the crochet community.
This pattern follows an intermediate amigurumi structure with more detailed shaping and assembly. Difficulty Level: Intermediate. It works beautifully with semi-cotton yarns such as YarnArt Jeans, Alize Cotton Gold, or Gazzal Baby Cotton, while fluffy yarn like Alize Softy can enhance the muzzle and belly. If you enjoy woodland themes, you may also like our beaver amigurumi pattern.
Light and dark gray tones with soft pink accents create a crisp finish. You will need a crochet hook, safety eyes, embroidery floss, toy stuffing, and basic tools to complete it. For another forest-inspired project, explore our Casia turtle amigurumi pattern.
